A local tax is to be paid in South Tyrol/Südtirol. The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services,as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events. The local tax will be levied at all lodging establishments,on a per-guest basis.Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.
Prices are per person including half board with a 5-course dinner and breakfast buffet. For bookings less than 5 days a supplement of 6,00-12,00€ per person and day is applied.
Our comfort and family rooms are all newly furnished - partly with natural wood and are equipped with a small kitchen, bedroom, living room, shower / WC, TV and balcony. The rooms are allergy-friendly and are cleaned daily.
The use of our wellness area is included in the price, and you can bring your four-legged friend, against a small extra charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit of 30% of the full board price is payable by bank transfer at the time of booking, which remains with the accommodation provider in the event of cancellation. The remaining amount will be paid directly at the accommodation on site.
Cancellations must be made in writing and are only valid upon reconfirmation.
